MG Rover to BMW

Hello, From Scotland , and as I have read some interesting posts
on your site, on how to fit sat nav/systems and as I have a 1999 E46 323i se BMW
and trying put a rover/landrover sat nav system into it, if it is possible, I am hoping you guys would help me out on a few things .here is the list of parts that I
have. NG E46 RETRIOFIT NAV/LOOM
Headunit/monitor 4.3
* Part No. YIE000310PUY
* H/W 46, S/W 42
MADE BY ALPINE
Tuner/gps/cd changer control & receiver etc
* Type 22DC785/60T
* RG Part Number XQC 100440
* made by Siemens VDO
(can you tell me what tuner this is on the bmw part)

MG/Rover nav/ computer PART number YIB 000260
* Colour ROVNMMK IOO-00
* H/W 1.2, S/W 4.2 MADE IN FRANCE
LAND ROVER PART NUMBER YIB500040
(is this nav /computer a Mk 111)
ANY HELP WOULD BE MOST HELP FULL BMWJACK.
