MK4 DVD sat nav comp
i have just installed the mk4 dvd unit into my car to upgrade from mk3, when i powered up the unit it asked for an appropraite software cd so inserted the V30. said it was loading then the screen went blank, and the power light on the dvd unit also turned off, however you could hear the unit searching and spinning disc, disc would also not eject. Please help me
