Noob Thread

Can someone explain what these nav editing programs are such as NavSpeak, NavCoder, Navtweak, and if there are any others or point me in the direction where I could find descriptions of these.

I would like to change the splash screen, add the speed cameras to the display, and maybe change the voice of the nav...the American woman voice is getting rather annoying. Does anyone have links handy to accomplish such tasks? What other little tweaks can be accomplished with the nav?

Are there any other informative threads regarding such tasks? If you have the link available can you post it please.

TIA

Dan
