I asked this question to BMW Customer Support in UK.
Here is the answer they provide:

Please be advised that the latest navigation disc available is BMW
Navigation Business 2008-1.

For your convenience we have attached an extract from the operating
instructions. Perspective view should be selected instead of Arrow view
as detailed below.

It seams that the upgrade can be done only with the map disc.Can anybody confirm this? Does anybody have the Business 2008-1 Europe nav DVD? My dealer claims that the latest one is 2007-2 for the Business Version which i have and it does not enable any 2D maps view.
