My guess is probably bug fixes only - lets see if anyone can find any new features...

hmm, downloaded and modded for my splash, sky and pointers and every thing went OK, menus seem a little faster and the screen graphics seem a little sharper as well as a bit brighter.

However, on the way home from work tonight, the nav rebooted 6 times, major bummer, downgraded back to my v29 (same mods, same map disc) and it's perfect. No reboots.

I'll have another go at burning v31 (with imgburn) and try at a higher speed (min supported for the CD) and see if that makes a difference.

Any one have any ideas?

I had reboting issues if navbot file got to big becouse of the mods, so i simply deleted or replaced any icons or pics that are not used by system (Mini splash to blank, nav poi icons to blank, birdview arows to blank) i also replaced language voice files that i dont use (German and Franch) with mail files witch are smaler. Overall nav spead was better and it stoped reboting. This was with v29 did not get to mod 31 yet
So check the original file size and compare to the moded one if the moded one is to big that might be the issue
You shoud aspecially replace voice files that you dont use with mail ones if you are using the new english voice that i have sent you

Thanks, never thought of that, I'll have a look tomorrow.

I have been running V31 since Sunday, and I have had no reboots. I can not tell any difference from the prior version (4-1/91) though.
