Yards is Euro mode, feet is US mode.

it fixed the problem with the AUX ventilation, but the emergency is missing and the yards are there, if I just chenged the logo, then why it mess with the Feet and emergency?

Your nav drive is now in Euro mode. You can use Navcoder to change the parameters, if you like. Or you can go to the dealer and pay them to recode it.

Personally, I prefer it in yards rather than feet.

When you reflashed your nav, it went back to factory default settings, which is 7-series, blank VIN number, ECE-mode (Europe). You can view this in the Service Menue.

To get back to USA mode, you need to code the nav to your car properly. This can be done either as follows:
1. Get the nav re-coded at the dealer
2. Use my NavCoder to re-code the unit (either buy and do it yourself or through a forum member that lives in your area and has NavCoder already)
