Ok here we go... got v31 inserted into the dvd waited almost 45 minutes and nothing ..screen looed like it was tryimg to reboot then went blank . I checked dvd and power light was off could not get the disc out. waited another hour and a half and still nothing did i do something wrong ....
 help radio plays but the screen is still blank
