Is it worth going from V26 to V32 on MKIV?

I've read almost everything I could here on this site and it seems overall if I update my MKIV from V26 to V32 I'm not really getting any great upgrades. Am I wrong? I like the perspective 3D graphic but hear it doesn't show streets and people complain so I guess it's more for a "cool" look. Let me know what you think.

Also, I realize the V32 offers no updates at all for the MKIV and I should load V31. However, I have a V32 original cd disc from the dealer so will this V32 give me everything up to date including perspective mode, past bug fixes or should I get a V31? I'm a little cloudy on what I should do, if anything. Oh, and I have a 2006 map dvd if that makes any difference.

Thanks for any help.

PS-is it true that when in split screen mode it doesn't show the current location anymore but shows the next closest town? That would be annoying and a deal breaker for me because the V26 I have now does not have that issue.
