You're doing the right thing

You now need to analyse the sequence and determine what command is controlling the windows.

Keep analysing and testing until it becomes clear what does what.
That's exactly what I do.

I cannot offer any more advice without a full log file for analysis, supplied together with a timeframe of what you where doing when

eg:
prepare the car and NavCoder and a watch and notepad, maybe with a second person.
At a certain time, lock the car and close all windows. Note the time you pressed the button initially, and note the time the windows started closing. You need to note the time down to the second.
Wait a few minutes for the ibus to stop talking.
Then save the log file, and save your notes.

Do the same again for unlocking and opening the windows.

Then compare notes and logfile, look at what time you noted that you sent the command, what time the windows started closing, and match to the corresponding commands in the log file.

Look carefully at the sequence of events.

To emulate the Window Closing command, you may need to emulate a sequence of commands - I am not sure as I don't have a log of this.
