You've done all checks and all report as OK, so everything on the car is fine

That leaves only the internal clock on the Mk3 - if the clock is out slightly, the position will be off I believe.
Needs a factory calibration - if at all possible, or just change the nav for another one.

If you consider changing, then fit a Mk4 and enjoy the extra features :-)
