Mode2/Form1 disk burning tragedy

Hi
I've been reading alot on this board and have now realized that I burned a copy of nav32 update software on roxio which I have now screwed up my navigation. I have a MK3 cd navigation that is now a blank screen and no radio. I am in serious need of help burning this software in the Mode2/Form 1 to correct my problem for my MK3. I would greatly appreciate any step by step help in doing this or would pay for a copy of this disk burned correctly or even if I could get my hand on the 31 mode2 download link and then burn it. I don't know what to do and don't want to do anymore harm to my navigation than I already did. Is it true that I might have to burn a version down since I mess up the v32?

I'm in southern California
thanks for your help
