For all those that have asked, here is a link for an already modded OS.

This is mine with the modded sky, pointers and splash, It has a fully patched navboot and custom sound, "hi-beep, lo-beep, speed camera ahead".

It is also a update disc 10.01 so it will update over any OEM version number.
