would you Plz advice ASAP if this item on ebay fits into my 05 4.4i X5 with digital DSP i think that i have....

Yes, that video module will work in your car and support the widescreen display. That is the same part number that I have in my car.

It is a good P/N but is analog only, it is not a Hybrid digital/analog like they now use in Europe. But that may not matter to you in Saudi, I don't know. It will work for either screen.

measuring for what?

also i found several other same items on eBay UK and much chaper than US... my X is imported from US i wonder if that makes any difference...

Nope, it does not matter that your car was imported from the US. The parts are the same. To Roy's point below, though. The module in that eBay listing only receives analog TV broadcasts. If you get a newer digital unit, it can receive Europe's digital TV broadcasts.
