Exclamation My NAV MK4 DEAD! PLEEEEASE HELP!

Greetings Team,

I purchased my X5 4.6is 2003 model three months ago, i have downloaded the Software from here for the navigation the v32 and i did the upgrade successfully .. one month after i wanted to change the splash screen, so i follow the instructions and created the new image, i started doing the same process for the upgrade, the screen changed to black after the message software updating and never come back!

I turned of the car and turn it on again and the screen went back to the Standard Blue Software WITHOUT NAVI APPEAR!

I checked again the Navi MK4 computer for the update, i found that the power small led under the eject button is no more lighting!

The DVD keeps turning inside the MK4 without reading anything .. and the Power Small led doesnt come up!

Does this mean that i lost the MK4 computer? is there anyway to fix it? Pleae Help ..

Thanks
ShiSho
