On the v22, the file is only 106m, isn't the update supposed to be bigger?

It's a compressed file. When you un-rar it then it will be the proper size.

The files that you download are compressed to reduce their size. So your first step after downloading them is to uncompress (often called "unpacking") them. I use a free program called TugZip to do this, but there are other programs such as WinZip and WinRAR that will do this as well.

When you unpack the files you want to do so in a separate directory so that they are all together (there should be around 4 files). Next you need to use a program to burn the CD. If it's an iso image then you can use something like Nero. Most, though, are CloneCD format, so you can download that program from http://slysoft.com. They have a 21 day trial version that should do the trick for you.

Note that you don't just directly burn the files you download to a CD. The files are images files that a program uses to make an exact duplicate of the original CD.

Hope this helps.

Jeff
