Yes, test burned (using imgburn) and zero errors.

Burn at the slowest speed rated for the disc.

Hmmmm. I burned it on my stationery computer and got lots of errors.

I then used my htpc computer and it went through flawlessly.. /

I suspected this earlier and used my laptop, and got errors then too..

But the main problems are prob my pc..

Thanks again ccfj.. Ill leave a note when i have tested it...

Hi.

I had a sucsessful update of the nav with the file you provided ccfj1, but may i ask which file you edited.??

I looked at the usw_load file located in mk3/0116/ colordisplay folder, and the deutsch language string was still deutsch..?

Hmmm, I did edit the usw_load on mk3/0103/, mk3/0116/ and mk3/0127/ for both text and voice.

But for some reason, the changes did not take on 0116 and 0127, Ive don it again and changed the version number.

MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service

The German has bee replaced with English, and I've remembered to do the language ID tag in the set menu languages setting.

Select GB and it will select "D" and it will change to English.

If you have a phone Tv and TMC enabled, then they will still appear in German as they have their own language sets.

The best thing to do would be to use Jochens excellent navcoder and recode the unit, it takes less than 5 minutes.

That disc image should be doing it mate, I did swap the German voice files with that of the English file?? (thats why I included a new voice dir and forced the language update too).

So it should be working.

Hmmm, not sure then pop a OEM mode2 disc in and reset the nav then load the new modded one, see if the update screen tells you that new voice files are being loaded, it should say something like "loading new d_f.scf file"...
