<grin> OK you know more than me on this.. but I'm becoming confused. What radio module do you think I have? (australian 2002/06 m3, came with 16/9 navigation screen and mk3 nav.)

One of the things confusing me, is that my radio does not fully mute when playing Nav instructions, which I believed was a function of the bm54?

I'd love to take a look at the radio module and confirm your suggestions, however it seems to be hidden away behind the HK premium sound system, is this correct? Is there an easy way to identify it without pulling everything out? The area is rather.. tight. (car was/is fully optioned)

Thanks
