The BMW dealer would probably just charge 1 hour labor to do it, or if you can find a person or independent shop in your area with a GT1 to do it.
The dealer can code only brand new MK4 module. GT1 can not change VIN in any used module.

NavCoder is perfect tool for this pourpouse and the option to change VIN is in free version....BUT, I see no reason to change the VIN in MK4 unit if your car is allready codded for navigation. Drive like that and don`t spend money for nothing

P.S If you have bought this unit from Bulgaria, you could ask the seler for VIN and model : ).
