scottcx5 is on a distinguished road
Just got my car back about 10 minutes ago and even though Amber (she was more professional then the name sounds) at BMW North America told me that software had to be uploaded, the dealer told me I had a "faulty NAV computer", I needless to say declined to have the work done. I put 3 calls into Amber but she has not called back. I will keep calling her until I get this resolved. We are definitely not the only ones this has happened to and it definitely seems to be a design flaw in the car. Amber was pretty confident it was a software issue and I am planning on getting this fixed with no money out of pocket. I'll keep you posted.
