take a look of the rls-date for the discs on the web
i get my new versions from germany the same week as they are released..have been so since 2009 versions..

I know that these maps has been released couple weeks ago.
But I dont care, if I get my maps day or month later than release date...

And in couple of weeks, there is torrents available...
