JK: hellsbells man! Hope ya'll doing fine in recov!
Sorta like Swearinger got on Deadwood a couple of weeks ago... jeeshh, that has gotta hurt. Hope the Dope is doing you fine, my friend. Best Regards, md |
Ouch! I know a few guys who went through the same thing. Good luck Juan.
|
I had to pick up a friend at 4am and rush him to the hospital because of a kidney stone....at least you know its coming (all be it not comforting I know)
|
Thanks, guys...
Had a procedure done last night by which they inserted an endescope up my penis to the eureters. They grabbed the stone lodged in the left eureter; they shattered the one on the right to tiny pieces with a laser at the end of the endescope. Unfortunately, the stone they shattered became basically sand, and it was blocking my urine flow last night. I finally passed the "sand" at about 3 AM today. Needless to say, i did not sleep at all. I am exhausted, but look like the worst is over. I have two stents in there to ease the passing of any other stones. Going back in two weeks to have them removed and for more tests. Thanks for the support and well-wishes. Juan |
Glad almost all went well pal. This too will pass (no pun intended)
A friend of mine had one of those and he came to work and we could hear him across the hall while he was in the restroom trying to pass it. Not pretty |
That just sounds painful, not to mention uncomfortable :angryfire
Hang in there, Juan, it sounds like the worst of it is over. Hope things improve quickly, buddy!! |
Keep yourself hydrated well and pee as much as you can, it will flush the sand out further. I`ll think of you when entering the bathroom!!
Speedy recovery, M |
Dude, take care.
MiCkEy won't say anything about it, but I know for a fact that he once had a stone the size of a valve cap and the Doc wanted to blast it and MiCkEy said, "...like, are you NUTZ?" MiCkEy insisted that the stone be taken out in whole and he demanded that he receive the stone after surgery. He had lawyers writing up contracts and everything and if that stone wasn't delivered to him, intact and in pristine condition, the Doc was gonna get sued BIG TIME. Long story short, MiCkEy took delivery of the stone and having recovered, he flew out to the Barrett-Jackson auction and sold the stone as a one-of-a-kind organic valve cap. I have heard rumors of what the price was (I hear low seven figures, but probably not much more than a $ 1 million) - nobody knows because the stone/valve cap never came to market since a mysterious transaction took place to take the stone/valve cap off the market. Rumor has it that the stone/valve cap is now in Tokyo in a private collection of valve caps. So, Juan, you are, like, grow'n these things all the time, right? We should talk. I think we can make some money. Have your people call my people. We'll do lunch. Don't say nothing to MiCkEy, eh? |
LOL...
ALL of you guys are nuts! lol Juan |
Juan - Glad you are recovering and doing well. I will never again complain about anything. :)
