Here is a comparison, as you will find.....once you get in the $300.00+ range...detectors are pretty much equal and open to individual preference.

I gennerally drive in the NYC area.

The only time I got stopped is with a detector.

The cop was behind we at night and when the detector sounded his lights went on.

I wonder if he would of stopped me if I did not have the detector?

In general I have found that the detectors give to many false alarms.

The only one I would consider is a hidden unit.

V1 with S1 here, too.

My V1 is hardwired and mounted on the windshield, just to the right of the rear view mirror.

If you have to mount the V1 on the windshield what is the point of the other unit?
