We've had two Siemens gigaset phone sets, and both turned out to be crap. So much so that my wife will never consider them again. Reception was bad, there was constant background "clicking" noise... Too bad. I liked them, and they ARE stylish. We are currently using cheapo AT&T, but they work fine! I, too, am in the market for a new system, though 'cause I hate those AT&T phones.

i used to have Siemens i ended up throwing them out after numerous exchanges and letters to the company. They flat out sucked the signal was never strong enough and the phone would cut out. we have panasonic ever since and no issues as of yet... the only issue with panasonic is after roughly a year the batteries will go dead and yield the need for buying new ones but they are some of the much better phones. Uniden sucks their voice quality is attrocious
