Depending on jurisdiction and local laws, that could get you in some legal trouble as well, such as discharging a weapon within city limits, or even brandishing a weapon. Besides, shooting the tires only works in the movies.

You either have a valid threat of death or grave bodily injury, in which case use of deadly force is fully justified and you can shoot both of them until the threat is eliminated, or you don't, which means you don't even draw your gun. If you had time to shoot at someone's tires you obviously didn't think you were in the imminent threat of death...

Haha very true. Again I am just going back to when i was in the same situation and wished I had a gun, or even the bat. Of course though thankfully I did not get out of the car when I was forced off of the road.

Who cares about them, they chased a friggin Z4 all around town, why are you defending them? Thats a Tundra, not really I used to drive one that Z4 is fast but not blindingly fast, he could prolly temp lose them but its a city with red lights etc, when i floored the RR I got a big gap but next slow car and they we're right behind me again lol

I'm not defending them at all. I think all people involved are freaking retards, regardless of whether it was staged or not. But again, let's pretend it wasn't staged...

The guys in the truck shouldn't have done what they did, and I wouldn't have a problem with both of them getting shot the minute they stepped out of their truck and started approaching the Z4. At that point, and all other circumstances aside, the guy in Z4 had every right to shoot them both. But he didn't; he ordered them to drop the bat and stop, which they did. At that point he could try getting away, or staying there and waiting for cops to show up. He could even still shoot them later if they made a sudden move - it would all depend on his perception of the situation. However, doing what he did instead was wrong and illegal. That's all I'm saying. And as I said earlier, there are so many things wrong with that video that I'm not even going to list them all - it'll take all day and then some.

I had no baseball bat and as usual the cops we're useless *shocker* so I threw shit from my car at them to make them get away and they did :)
