SG, I was a good kid and followed your instructions :D
My review reads: "First Umnitza took over a month to get the lights to me.. Just getting them was a fight, through all the lies, BS, and blame-shifting. Then when they finally got here they didn't actually fit the car. The construction looked a little suspect, there was some dinged plastic on the end. Even though they advertise this as a plug-n-play product, it isn't... There's no place to plug the low beam in. There were also some random loose wires. They also came with no instructions. Avoid this at all costs. " Any bets on how long my review will be up there before they take it down? Haha those lying pieces of ^&*@... I hope they go bankrupt. |

Screw the restocking fee. Given the fact that they screwed with you for over a month and then sent you a product that isn't as advertised (obvioulsy not "plug-n-play"), if it were me I would immediately return the product and contact my credit card company and contest the charges.

ARE YOU F-ING SHITTING ME! ! OMFG LOOK WHAT I JUST GOT!
After all the work we put into it. Amazing. Please take a look at the site the product is non-returnable once shipped. It's a custom product designed specifically for your car. We would be more than happy to walk you through it AND provide you the same instructions as on the site with a PDF if you need. But we cannot have you return a custom product like this. We are sorry. üm•nitza inc. |
Ugh... In the first reciept they sent me they said the refund was 85%... All they're offering is 20%... :rippedoff :rippedoff :rippedoff

Just call your credit card company and reverse the charge. That is all you have to do. Then well keep the lights to.
