Oh really? I thought once dowloaded, you'd forward them with a check to the local chapter who would order them then from the MVA.

Maybe in your chapter, not in Maryland. They send you signed documents and you fill in the rest then take them or mail them to the MVA. From there the MVA sends you the plates.

ive been a member for years and love the bcca. Ive saved close to $10k just in my rebate checks everytime i buy a new BMW. But it limits you to 1 per year.
