Point taken. But don't blame the issue on universal health care, when the you should blame it on underfunding. There are plenty of countries that have universal health care that is not underfunded.

:thud: still mystified that these comments come up about HC when you don't cover your own employees.... :thud:

Who cares? There are plenty of families (and business owners apparently) who choose not to have HC. I'm still not sprung on the "hey everybody else does it" line being shoved down the collective throat. Last I checked it was US, not UN.

Oh Really? And Do those same places have a melting pot society where multiple types of generic conditions must be taken into account? (Hint, Countries like Sweden ARE NOT like us due to their realistic lack of a melting pot)

Great Post R, My opinion continues to be, Why Change the healthcare system for the slim margin in the US who do not have insurance?

How about not millions of people coming in illegally? How about that for starters...gee lets accept them all..then let them have free medicine. What's wrong with that? Oh and while were at it, lets wonder why Cali piss-s away nearly 300M on incarcerated people (3 strikes...great policy).

True That, Would I be Considered Evil if I said certain people should just be taken out back and shot (Serial Killers, Repeat Child Molesters)

Not Saying I believe that....

I think they should be required to enroll in a govt program they pay back over time or get traditional health insurance, that would really fix a huge issue

THEN we should subsidize Malpractice Insurance to help lower the cost of being a doctor (those premiums are highway robbery)

There are 2 things capable of a BIG IMPACT

ooooh and Eric....WHERE IS YOUR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP!!! :stickpoke
