Excellent point. SEALs and Rangers always stay busy, even with a Democrat in office. Obama is NOT going to shy away from cross-border raids into a sovereign country when the Al-Qaeda boyz are setting up shop AND we have actionable intelligence. In fact, Obama has been very clear about this. By the way, SEALs were officially put on the warfare "map" by JFK (a Democrat).

However, I believe Danyell has a point about notifying Syria and Iran before launching covert ops. To that end, I propose that every invading SEAL team should wear cow bells around their necks so as to not startle sleeping Islamists prior to entering their camps.  And of course we should tell Damascus our exact flight plans into and out of their airspace, so they can assist our pilots by lighting up their night sky with AAA fire:rolleyes:

Wagner I guess I would go over my neighbors to find the culprits but don't forget that same neighbor has the right to 'take me out' for being on his property....

and another point if i take out his wife in the process of taking out the people that killed my family yes i would be apologetic....

In case you guys are unaware, the Syrian government hates Al-Queda just as much as we do. One of the goals of Al-Queda for many years has been to overthrow the Baathists who control Syria, and who used to control Iraq. If Syria was notified that an Al-Queda leader was in their territory, they would most likely take him out themselves and there would be no need to bomb within their borders.

I'm for it. There is no need to sneak around in covert ops. I mean, really, why be secretive? Can't I just ask politely where the bad guys are and then go ask them if the would like to come across the border with me? :dunno:
