exactly what does that mean? I am Israeli and support Israel in protecting itself at any costs just like i support the US doing the same and England doing the same, by the way Syria has always and will always harbor terrorists. Known fact.

NAVAX5 nobody said about our troops apologising...but I would expect our government to aknoledge that we have also killed civilians...

Yeah...Syria was not that close to us...but this definitely did not help

You can't pick and choose which countries the rules apply to and which they do not. If it's ok for one country, then it's ok for all.

As for certain countries harboring terrorists, many coutries do including Israel, England and the United States. I gave a few examples above of the United States harboring Cuban terrorists. But there are plenty more.

For example, most former officials of Pol Pot's government in Cabodia live in safe haven in the NYC area even though they are wanted for genocide related crimes in Asia.

Another example is the Chechen rebel leader Ilyas Akhmadov. He currently lives in the United States and has never been prosecuted even though he was responsible for many terrorists attacks/bombings in Russia.

Another example is the GFVN which actually has offices in downtown Los Angeles. They are a Vietnamesse terrorist group who has been implicated on dozens of bombings in Vietnam, and of Vietnamesse targets in other countries as well. Their leaders are wanted in more than a dozen countries in Asia and Europe, yet they live and operate openly in California, even having public fundraisers for their cause.

Here's an article to read:

Guerillas in our Midst: Is the United States harboring terrorists?

You will find that most of these groups who operate in the United States are no different than groups like Hamas or Islamic Jihad. They publicly raise money, and fund bombings and attacks in their home countries in an attempt to overthrow the government there. They do the same thing to their countries that Hamas and Islamic Jihad do in Israel. Yet our government refuses to extradite these individuals to the countries where they are wanted for various crimes. So it is no surprise that other countries refuse to extradite criminals like Osama bin Laden to the United States for prosecution. When you thumb your nose at the rest of the world, they will do the same right back. When you cooperate with the rest of the world, they will cooperate back.
