Selling colorful electronics didn't make their product any better at all and the
industry is still copying the Apple model.................:nanana:

It is iPhone that inspired BB to release the Storm and Palm to release the Palm Pre. BB has had none or very little innovation whatsoever for years, just because they are selling and US govt. being major customer. For the amount time and # of units BB has sold, they seriously lack innovation and only time they innovate is when they just 'have to' due to competition.
Remember Apple Newton?

Mr. Fanboy, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone on this forum is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
:nanana:

Seriously Barry, wth?

You know what people don't comprehend? Blackberry just works. And it works well. Want to make a call? The phone works. Want to get your email? It sends/receives email. Need your contacts? Just look them up. Calendar? It's right there. Browser? Same. The rest is superfluous crap.

Dependable might be boring, but I'll take boring over hundreds of support calls coming into my help desk for an unreliable device any day.

Billy Madison (Adam Sandler).

Billy Madison: Okay, a simple "wrong" would've done just fine.

Still have one, with the 28.8K modem dongle module. No pen though, but didn't need it, any point will do. Handwriting technology was close to, or equal to, todays standards.

I think I have read it on most forums I have visited.

The movie was released 14 years ago. There are 7.2 million hits on Google for the first sentence of the quote (less the word 'insanely' which is often dropped). That means by my quick calculation that on average it has been used on the internet once per minute for the last 14 years.
