Image->Mode->Indexed Color...
256 Color

File->Save for Web
GIF...256 colors

Right?

I still don't see where you specify the DPI.

I have the Track Driving Machine one in my car for a long time. Service tech's always ask how I did that.

Specifying DPI just pre-sets the printing scale. It does not make sense as far as setting the actual number of pixels in the image. The number of pixels has to be set by directly setting image size, or by scaling or cropping. I hope I understood your question.

Here's my first attempt at a custom splash screen for my Z4M Coupe. I'm not very artistic, nor terribly Photoshop/Gimp savvy so it's a little rough.

hi guys those logo are very good, i have my mk iV unit in e38, coming from range rover and it have the splash rr logo, how can change that to the bmw logo, and where to get the rr firmware fire to edit it, it say ver 3-1/30 thanks
