Hey, those are great images. Could you do me a big favor? Could you upload each of those graphics individually? Ie the M graphic itself, the BMW graphic, the Roundel, and the black background? I'd love to play around with them - and I have an idea for what I'd like - but it's not quite in your grouping.

Thanks!

So if i have the v26 nav on my X. How can I insert a splash image??

Do i have to reinstall the v26 or do i need to get the newer v27 version?

Any easy ways?:)

What you would do is create a custom version of V27 that has the splash screen you want and then update your nav drive from V26 to V27. See my offer in this thread for Premier Members ;) - http://www.xoutpost.com/navigation-sy...tml#post112056

Custom splash on V27?

Hi All,

I've tried creating a custom splash screen on V27, but GIFExtractor doesn't want to open the navboot file? I just get a .NET error..

I have got the .NET Framework 1.1 installed, as I can use the GIFExtractor to open the navboot file from V26, as I previously modified the navboot file in V26 to give myself a custom screen..

I've checked read complicated GIF's...The error I get is "Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds."

2Wires, this is the debug info that is produced from the error:

System.ArgumentException: Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds.
at System.Array.Copy(Array sourceArray, Int32 sourceIndex, Array destinationArray, Int32 destinationIndex, Int32 length)
at GifExtractor.Form1.GetAllModules(String pstrFilename)
at GifExtractor.Form1.FindOldHeader()
at GifExtractor.Form1.cmdFindFile_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.OnClick(EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Button.OnClick(EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Button.OnMouseUp(MouseEventAr gs mevent)
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WmMouseUp(Message& m, MouseButtons button, Int32 clicks)

at System.Windows.Forms.ControlNativeWindow.WndProc(M essage& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam)

Hope someone can help me out here...
