Any resource you find for navteg 2007.2 other than Navteq would be illegal and this site does not support pirated software.

I loaded v29.1 in December 2007. There is an improved difference in the drawing of curved roads, in that it actually draws all of them. v26-28 definately had this problem with the South African 2007-01 map on the E46 with MKIV.

Hello,

I currently have Sw4 1/80 installed (this is v28?)
I have a Belgian X5 with dutch satnav interface.
but my BC is german (example "Uhr 22:13", "reichw 722km")
When I update to v29.1, what will change?

With an english interface i would not have a problem.
But will other things change?

example:

KM => miles
EU version to USA? (dont know the difference)
Will I have an "accept" screen ?

Or will it only be the language?

Otherwise i will not update because i dont have an IBUS Interface to change this.

Thank you very much

EDIT: Is it possible to change the language or the region with navtweak? and how??

v28 refers to the version of the OS disc that loads, on your nav, v4-1/80

v29 and v30 would load v4-1/91

The standard languages on the standard OS disc are GE, GB, US, IT, FR, ES
Dutch is not a standard language.

The instrument cluster has no support for Dutch. It can only support the 6 x standard languages. This cannot be changed.

KM or Miles is a user-setting, you can change that anytime

These changes are linked to the Region setting, and not the Language.
You can set your Region to Europe, whereby the Miles will be UK miles, and you have no 'Accept' screen
Setting Region to USA creates US miles, and the 'Accept' screen.
Use NavCoder to change the Region setting.

Only through hacking the OS disc.
You must use NavCoder to properly load standard languages.

Ty Kiwijochen,

As I understand,

If i put a disc in with v29.1 founded here on the forum...

Only my language will be changed to english.
My region will stay the same?

I know you can change all these things with navcoder, but i dont know anything from electronics.

Not how to built a ibus interface, were i have to connect it...
