Hallo, I decided to buy a Resler interface(40 €) for USB laptop use with my X3 MY2008...now it seems I need software as well and the NavCoder (20 €) appear to be the best option.
I am going to order the Resler and I already have the free NavCoder..what are the limitations of the freeware against the registered one?....
I know it is not fair..but is there any possibility to ":yikes:" fully open the locked version??:p: One last question: does NavCoder work with USB port? I launched the software and it seems there is nopossibility to set it for USB port...
Thank You

to fully open the free version you pay the author 20 Euros

If you are willing to pay the supplier of the Resler interface 40 Euros, rather than steal it from him, perhaps you should also purchase the NavCoder software, rather than try to steal it...

Regards, The NavCoder Author.

:iagree: Yes I fully agree...but it is always the "pirate" inside me..pushing.... But definitiely I will not pay 250 € for the HIGH 2010-1 to BMW...

Is NavCoder ableto operate with USB port?

Think of it his way: buy me 4 x beers @ 5 Euros each :-)

NavCoder works with any serial port recognised by Windows.

If you have a serial to USB adapter, or a native USB ibus interface, and Windows shows them as COM ports, it will work
