Just a thought; you do have winrar, do you? Or are you using some unzip program? Once you install Winrar (it is free), it will 'un-rar' all your 70 files into one .iso file. Just point it to the first .rar file and it should do the rest. Apologies, if you have already tried it.:thumbup:

PS. May I ask where you got the files from?

Hi all,

I have tried two DVD's and it will still not work on my MarkIV.
I have updated the software to 4-1-00.

I have downloaded the 4.3gb 2009.1 pro version, opened it in imgburn and burned it both to a Sony dvd-rw and a dvd-r with no look.

The screen on the sat-nav says incorrect cd/dvd.
Can anyone help me please.

You should have downloaded the 'High' not 'Pro' version for the MarkIV
