I have same issue, at first i connected the issue to poison, but after reading this topic i think it is V31 in conbination with 2009 map that is the issue... so V29 here i come :)

I did not think voice notification was possible with the V29? If i have to choose between TMC turned on and voice-notification for speed cameras, I'll choose the voice notification.

But I have only heard of TMC-problems with modified maps. Are you saying that V31 has a general compatibility issue with original 2009-maps?
