Mine is set to E39, exactly as it should be.

I think you at least need to go down to V22. I've read going back to V23 doesn't give your back your INFO & SELECT buttons. :tsk:

Well, I dowgrade to V.21 and push the secuence on-off-on the radio and INFO and SELECT buttoms works fine, but y loose split screen in radio mode. Then, I upgrade to V.26 X5 world version and works in the same way.

I also have an 530d e39 from 1999 ;) Yesterday i went back to V25 and returned tot the normal V26. Didn't work :(

If your E39 is still factory standard, with a MKII player, you'll need to go a lot lower than V25. See the chart on the NAV FAQ's on the welcome page of this site.

I read somehwere above that someone has split screen with radio and Nav. Right now i'm running a v26 on Mk4. Is it possible for me to get the split screen radio function. I also lost the use of Info and Select.

This only works with the new generation radio module.

I just loaded mij software to V21 and than back to V26. The select- and info-buttons work now! Only that button with the immige of a clock won't work. I do not know what that button stand for....

On mine (a 2000 740i), I get a small font text in the lower corner that gives the time. Hit it again & the time text goes away.
