ML500 or Range Rover Sport Supercharged?

I’m having a debate with my kid brother as to which car he should purchase. I would like to point out, his reason for not considering an X5 is because I have one and he wants to be “original” also because of the upcomming 2007 X5. I’m suggesting he gets a 2004/2005 4.4 X5 ( I’m not suggesting the 4.8 cause then I’ll have issues ). He seems to be after the RR after seeing Jeremy out running a tank on Top Gear.

Now me being the big bro, I’m helping him out with arranging test drives for him . Will be getting the RR on Friday for the day and picking up the ML for the whole weekend next week. I’m going to take this advantage to make opinions of my own. Will take pics and post my comments when done.

What are your views on these cars and which would you prefer? Thanks for your comments.
