I couldn't find any reviews about the TSW's being soft. Where are these located? I've had my share of bent wheels and definitely don't want to go through that again.

I hear ya ekaz. I went through the research process on TSW when I was looking for wheels a few weeks ago. Couldn't find anything. All I can say is they sell a sh*tload of wheels so they can't be that bad.

Granted, anything is less expensive than HREs, I was just joking around... but seriously... TSWs are soft and will bend easy, hence Truly Soft Wheel. Search on different forums, or even ask in wheel/tire forums and you'll get your answers. I don't know anyone that had a good experience with TSW, be it on a VW, Audi, or BMW. You can search vwvortex.com, bimmerforums.com, m3forums, "that other board from which x5world was born" etc, or just go right to their wheel and tire forums. We're just trying to save you a headache. And price doesn't mean anything... ASA AR1s licensed by BBS ($199 for 17s compared to $350+ for some BBS 17s) are amazing wheels and look sweet on every BMW I've seen them on, including an X5. And SSR which are also expensive picked up the name Super Soft Rims from many... and yes, I've damaged some of the SSR GT3s in my sig from hitting potholes way hard (and sliding sideways into a curb cause of black ice).

Well, I got my wheels in yesterday. I haven't mounted them or anything, just opened the boxes. Pictures are on my page, here

Eric,
not to be a downer but I would return those and get something else. TSW are notorious for not very well made and I've seen 4-5 case of some bad damaged wheels with minor potholes here in the bay area. Also seen a couple sets that were not truly round from the factory. Just my 2 cents and fair warning from past experience. Quote:
