CD-R Audio Disc Question
I regularly exchange home made "compilation" song CDs with one of my best buds, (and longest time friend on the planet). He recently sent me a CD-R that plays in my 'puter, and home CD player, but will not play in the X. It's a Memorex brand CD-R, 40x, 700 mb, 80 min.
I took that one and copied it again, in my 'puter, to a Phillips CD-R and now it plays in the X, (though I somehow lost the opening few notes of music on each song. WTF?  )Is it normal or common that some brand will not play in the X, but plays in my pos Dell 'puter player? BR,md
