Definitely dead. I'm glad that the driver of the truck that ran him over wasn't hurt as a result of this Darwin Award winner's antics. He/she could have lost control and crashed or the dude could have gone through the windshield.

I say he's toast just from being tossed from the truck and hitting the ground alone. Wearing seatbelt could've saved his live here, I think.

that guy is toast - doesn't seem like there would be any way you could survive something like that.

Dead well before the truck hit him. Wearing a seatbelt would have saved him.

I was talking to a police officer the other day, and he told me they have two terms for people who get killed in accidents. Victims (the ones wearing their seat belt) and Volunteers (the ones who weren't).
