I have the Moto HS820 as well. The sound quality is quite good IMO. What I don't like is the poor fit and the lack of a lanyard. Carrying that thing around in my pocket is a pain because it's very easy to accidentally hit the dial button.

Exactly! I have either turned it off inadvertantly or called someone because the headset is in the bottom of my pocket and I lean on it or something.
