I used to drive Hwy 1 through Malibu all the time, cars and motorcycles. There aren't very many straights that you can go really fast, unless you are on a bike or a car like that. I didn't notice any damage to the cockpit. It all seemed in the back, and it looked like the front bumper ripped off. Lucky passenger, stupid driver to run away.

They weren't in the canyons though. The news reposrt said it was on PCH. And if it was closer to Thousand Oaks, there are more straights there, without too much traffic. But yeah, the canyons are another (fun ) story.

The enzo does 0to100mph in 6 sec he definately could have been close to 200mph.

point is, you need the run way to be long enough to do it... top gear couldn't do it on their show... and definitely no way in hell can that untrained no talent driver do it on pch where there is morning commute traffic, stop lights, and curves... as evident by him crashing into a power pole...

The way it's beening reported the 'passinger' who's the owner said he wasn't driving. But he has blood in his mouth and there's only blood on the driver side airbag !!!

Yea the passenger is the owner of the vehicle and said the driver fled....sounds to me like the passenger mightve been the one that was really in the drivers seat.
