In our war people that died were mostly civilians, like in every war. I don't know how much you are informed about the situation in that region, but recently the leader (Ibrahim Rugova) of Albanians from Kosovo has died, and he is replaced by the man that is being accused for war crimes against civilian Serbian population in Kosovo. Nobody is trying to arrest him, or take im to court for war crimes.
