OMG. You guys are tooo funny!

Etch-a-sketch is very fitting for any system without a touch-screen. And the X5World Splash.... They ain't ready for this!
As for aftermarket dash units, it seems the major options that include full features are:
-Pioneer Avic: N-series (single DIN- new N3 just came out), D-series (double DIN) and the much-awaited Z1 with Bluetooth & a 20GB HardDrive for tunes- can rip your CD's to the HD!) I think Pioneer provides the backbone of many of the top-rated Japanese car's Nav systems.
-Eclipse (can't recall model #'s, but there are members here who swear by them & have had them installed in multiple Bimmers)
-CarPC (custom built/installed- integration software is available online- several members also working on these).
Then there are the gamut of portable units, from Garmin & TomTom, etc.
The TTGo 700 is pretty awesome if you're shopping for a portable.
ALL the above (dash & portable) offer touch-screens, which in itself is enough reason for me to go after-market, personally. Not to mention all the other little perks built in to each model.
