Beautiful house. Amazing to see the differences in pricing. $1.6m here and you'd be in a fully appointed mansion on the green or on the water. Would like to see more of that area on my next trip out that way.

in Nevada is it no income tax (state) or no property tax or both?

No state income tax for sure. Don't know about property tax.

Following states impose no income tax on state residents: Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming. In addition, New Hampshire and Tennessee limit state income tax to dividends and interest income only. Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon have no state sales tax.
