Multiple i-Pod Solution?

My wife and daughter got jealous of my i-Pod, so now we each have one. The problem is, when one of us "syncs" to the Library, we each end up with the songs of the last person to sync. Does anyone know of an easy way to prevent this from happening? Right now, we just save each of our lists in "My Music", but clearing the library everytime we disconnect, and readding it everytime we connect is getting to be a real PITA...

Set your ipod options to sync "manually" and not "automatically when connected".

Libra is the answer!

Install this program and use it to launch iTunes. It can list multiple libraries, just click the Library to make it active, and launch iTunes using the included shortcut. That way, everybody can have their own Library, purchased tunes, etc. http://homepage.mac.com/sroy/libra/

Wow! Sounds good...I purchased the program, but it wont let me use it until I have the "code" to register. Ive been checking my email, as it suggests, but still no code. Do you know how long its supposed to take?

The other solution would be to create an individual user account in Windows XP for each of you, and when any person wants to sync the iPod, logon to his/her own account. Each of you will have your own My Music folder.

Thanks for the info..Tiki, that program is the best thing since sliced bread..Emailed the software developer about that code thing, and he emailed me back within the hour and apologized for the delay! lol...Anyway, it is GREAT! One click, and all 300 or so files are sitting right there, no need to transfer anything...And added files seem to automatically end up in the applicable list...Cheers, bud!
