Web Hosting Recommendations?

I'm looking for a new web host. My existing contract is about to expire with 1&1. The website is personal website, mostly for family news and pictures (vacations, parties, weddings, baby pictures, etc.) and other miscellaneous things, but at some point, my wife might use it for her business.

Anybody have any good web host recommendations? Also are there providers I should stay away from?

Some of the providers I'm looking at - PowWeb, VistaDeal, LunarPages, BlueHost, and of course, 1&1.com.

I use 1&1 for WWW etc..., and have had zero problems with them. In addition, they are continuously adding more features and storage space for free. I will renew mine

p.s. I use MS Front Page to transfer everything, and it always works flawlessly, and they also give you the Wise FTP program for free which also works flawlessly.
