I have had the new Acura RL for 20 months and did not have any problems. Only two visits for software updates for nav and bluetooth. Very comfy car.
But RL is a big car for your needs. Go for E90 or better yet get the E92 335i coming in Sept.

agreed with Kruck man.. WRX STI is near bulletproof and extremely well engineered. Nothing cheap about it with the Recaro Seats, Momo Steering Wheel, Brembo brakes.. etc. Before being a car snob, go drive one. You will be surprised at how great of a car it is. It was a car Audi looked up to for designing a rally car.

Me likey the WRX STi too and actually like it better than the Mitsubishi Evo. The only thing for me, and perhaps some others here, is that it's a little too extreme in appearance for me. It'd be a great track toy for me though.

Not sure if i like the new update they did this year. It's that front grill that looks out of place.

But what a sweet ride... a true drivers car

Sorry about that. I thought you were trying to solve a gas milage issue. Thats why it didn't make sense the choices you had. I didn't think there was that much difference between a 325 and a 330 in terms of fuel milage but ok. Hope you find your comfort zone. I know how that is when your trying to get what you need and what you want.

That's one of the reasons I'm looking at the 325 instead of the 330, and the A4 2.0T instead of the 3.2... Both have good power, but get good mileage at the same time.

I admit, the STi is a great, fast car, etc.. But it's for people who race... I want something more comfortable that I can drive every day.. I do a lot of driving, in traffic, and cities, and when I go to college its just going to be more of that. It's just not practical for what I need. That's one of the reasons I was looking at a 325 over a 330. The 325 has enough power, still handles well, is comfy, and I could get more toys on it than if I went with a 330. However.. I was looking on my dealer's website and they have an absolutely perfect 330xi in stock right now.. The color I'd want, the options I'd want, and within my price range..

Agreed.. I'd rather have something more comfortable that doesn't have a huge wing sticking off the trunk.
