My vote is to create "Political Science World" for those folks who want to talk serious politics (fun politics is OK for the lounge) instead of adding it to "X5World" - a BMW enthusiast's web site... There are probably quite a few folks who would enjoy a site dedicated to that sort of talk, but I wouldn't join it - not my schtick. Just my $.02
